Processing Times

Ready to Ship Items
Ready to Ship products will be packed and shipped within 3 business days of your order being placed.

Made to Order Items
Made to Order products require a little extra time because they are created especially for you. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be made and shipped.

If your order contains both Ready to Ship and Made to Order items, your order may ship together once all items are complete.

Shipping + Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimated carrier delivery times and do not include our processing time.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of Magnetic Goods Co.'s control. Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances may occasionally occur.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before your package ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Magnetic Goods Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.
