Returns

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

-Unworn and unused
-In its original condition
-Returned with any original packaging

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Custom + Personalized Items

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Every order is packed with lots of love, but if something isn't right, please reach out within 10 days of delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please include your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.

Handmade Variations

Magnetic Goods Co. pieces are handmade, which means slight differences in color, feathers, beads, resin, placement, texture, or other details may occur. These little variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects. 🪶✨

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Magnetic Goods Co. cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
